Trying to add lot shipped to a custom invoicing report.

I am reading that in order to add a lot number of what shipped/invoiced to my query I need to add the STOJOU table in the graphical query tool.  I cannot figure out how to link the STOJOU table to anything.  I am VERY new to altering queries.
