SEI does not recognize the new fiscal year

Question

We have opened and been operating in the new year with no issues in X3. We generated our year end financials as of December 31, 2015 with no issues using SEI. We are now trying to generate the first financials for the new year and when I change the parameters in my spreadsheet to pull the new year numbers, SEI will not recognize the new fiscal year and returns all zeroes. I have reviewed all of the X3 fiscal periods and years to make sure they were open and they are open. Any thoughts?

In my case, the field I was using was the "Global Posting" field and it would not pull the new fiscal year numbers. I switched the field to pull "Ledger Posting" and it fixed my issue.

Do you see the beginning balances in the new year in X3? If not, run the Financeials, curreng processing, simulations and using the new year as the Fiscal Year. Then the central point may need to be updated.You may need to open a support ticket so that support can review with you.

Have you run the simulation for 2016 in X3? this will pull in the beginning balances.
