Branch Accounting - Offline Branch

We have both offline and online branches for a branch accounting module. When we change the synchronization setting to offline. We can't able to see the warehouse of same branch in any modules. Any idea?

    Dear Bennie,

    I am a software Consultant working in UAE based company. We are partners in the region. Actually I already logged in above mentioned link. But still no reply for last 1 week.

    It is very critical bug which my client is facing. Due to this we can't able to start the offline branch transactions.

    We already set up our branches and created all warehouses in that particular branches. but when i changed to sync settings to offline in the server. Then the warehouse of online branches is not showing in any modules

    Hi Team. Just to add on to Mathew's issue.

    I have a scenario like this:

    One Head Office and 19 branches on offline branch accounting. In the branches, there are only salespersons who make quotes, invoices and receipts only.  Credit notes and refunds are processed from Head Office. The challenge is that when you log into head office database and on the login select the branch for which to process a credit note, you cannot see the branch customers on the credit note screen. Also on the line items, you cannot select the branch warehouse. Only All branches customers and All Branches warehouses appear on the selection options

    For that, the head office user is forced to remotely login to the branch and process the credit note. Sometimes connection to the offline branch will be bad and the user cannot process the credit note

    In Head Office, you can process a GRV on behalf of a branch. When you sync, stock reflects perfectly in the branch. If you made a mistake on the GRV in Head Office, you cannot process a Return to Supplier on behalf of a branch. When you select lines on the Return to Supplier from Head Office Database, you cannot select the branch warehouse. Only All branches warehouses show. You are forced to log into the branch database to process the Return to Supplier. 

    This is happening in V10.1.2.001

    I am not sure if i am missing any critical setups to achieve this
