Dear All

Another error when running sync. We are unable to run sync from HO to Branch. It comes in when trying to download the data

[E] An unexpected error occurred during import. Error restoring database __0000-0001-000504-GRPXXX. Cannot open backup device 'E:\SYNC\XX-DS\temp\0000-0001-000504-GRPXXX\0000-0001-000504-GRPMFI.bak'. Operating system error 3(The system cannot find the path specified.)

Please first confirm your Evolution version and build.

Also, is this the first time you are using Branch Accounting and have just started to get the syncs running?

No we were running well on version 7 and we upgraded to 11.05 its when the problems started.

Thanks for the above feedback.

Please confirm the following:

1. For the HO, what is the numerical value of the SQL Server instance? This can be seen in MS SQL Management Studio.

For instance, mine is this.

2. For the branch where the download of the sync file is done, what is the numerical value of the SQL Server instance?

3. Please send me a screenshot of the Sync Monitor| Synchronization tab of the branch where the above download is running

4. Please send me a screenshot of the Sync Monitor | Communication tab of the branch where the above download is running
