The incident is now resolved. No further issues have been detected or reported since the issue was resolved on August 15th, and Sage 300 People Managed Cloud Services (ZA) continues to perform as expected

Sage 300 People Managed Cloud Services is now available again and operating as expected. The technical team will continue to monitor the environment.

We are aware that users are unable to log into the Sage 300 People via the Remote Desktop on the Managed Cloud Service
Users can expect the following error message to appear onscreen indicating an error occurred while accessing the resource, and that the user needs to retry the connection or contact the system administrator..
Our technicians have identified an issue not allowing customer to launch the application, and is currently working to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
