We are aware of an issue affecting some customers in South Africa, preventing them from receiving emails sent from Sage 300 People on Managed Cloud Services (MCS).
Our Cloud Operations team are currently implementing a fix to resolve this issue.
The payroll application will not be affected by this, however there will be a short period of time where Web Self Service will not be available for users.
