Login to ESS.

Click on the drop-down selector next to the ‘Welcome [user]’ and click on Manage Team.

The Manage Team functionality is only visible to users who have been set up as a Report To Manager in the People system. 

A list of users that report to manager will be displayed. Click on the Change this users password button, this will enable you to change the password of a user who reports to you.

The below screen will be displayed, create a new password and confirm it.

Then click on Change Password.

Once the user logs into Web SS, he/she will be required to change their password once the temporary password is entered
