If yes, can you import that export file created manually into your GL program?

If you still have issues, please advise if you recently upgraded your Office package?  If you please Uninstall Office Packages and reinstall the relevant version with all its relevant office tools and try again.
This solution was on the Known Issues that is on the Newsfeed in Sage 300 People.

Melisa yes, I switched off the Use Real Time Interface.. now my only issue is that the Payroll Currency is in Kes but the client reports in USD.. when the Batch is exported it doesn't have the Currency Column hence all figures are been picked as USD in Sage 300 2018 .. is there a way around this..

Investigative queries like this is very difficult to discuss on this platform.  Please send an email to People Support in order for us to do proper investigation.  As soon as this query is resolved on Support we can post the end result on Sage City.

Hi Melissa, Please i cant find the External Sql Connector to link Sage 300 ERP on parameter> common.  I can only find for oracle. Please kindly assist.
