It all depends if the company rule setup for WebSS allows for terminated employees to have access to WebSS or not.
Navigate to :
>  Self Service
>  Expand Setup
>  Double click on Company Rule Setup
> Double click on the applicable company Rule the employee was linked to

We have already set it as Allow Terminated Workflow, but the employee is unable to view his previous payslip. Is there any other screen we should look at?

Is there a way to allow one ID login only from the active ID to view his previous terminated ID? To allow the employee to have 2 logins just to view their payslip a bit tedious as there are multiple employees with the same issue.

Example: Entity Code 0111 has active employee code B01 but his terminated ID is A01. By login using B01, he's able to view his payslip from when he was A01.

Unfortunately not, as the User login in details is linked to Entity, the employees will have access to all previous employee record payslips as the different employee records are linked to one entity.

Do you have other suggestion that may enable the employee to view his previous payslip in ESS? Maybe he's able to view via his Terminated ID ESS (same entity code)? Is it possible?

From your Navigation Pane;
Expand                   Employee Management
Double click on       Employees

Find the Terminated Employee Record and click on Employee Detail.

On the Employee screen, click on Detail > Workflow Setup and ensure nothing on this screen is selected.
It should state Record 0 of 0, same as my print screen.

I found a series of settings that lead to enable the employee to be able to access his terminated ID screen.

3. The terminated ESS ID must be updated as active.

4. This is my speculation only: The terminated ESS ID MUST be logged in at least once when the employee was on the terminated employee code.

The employee is able to access to his terminated ID payslip now. Thank you for everyone's assistance!
