Please, It's still not working. The base report I assume as the system define report is working perfectly.

Please test the following. 

At the bottom of your Sage 300 People application, in the white box, paste --DISABLELOCALIZATION as per my print screen below and click on ENTER on your keyboard.

Please print the report again to test.  Please let me know if this resolves your issue.

Trust you are well.

I noticed payslip report from previous month are printing with values while the live period has no value but when i print the payslip from the employee management screen i can see values on payslip.

It has also affected the live period report.
