Good day,

I get the above mentioned error when submitting my EMP501 on e@syfile. These employees never had a directive and never received any earnings where a directive is needed. They are still active on the system.

Anyone else with this error on People 300?

Hi,

This was a SARS issue, it is a problem on e@syfile, if you get that error, you need to manually remove the directive entry on the IRP5's within the e@syfile certificate. It creates a false entry. Once you delete it on the respective certificates, it clears the error and you can submit again.
