Problem:

Explaining  the feature of send copies to located within the Company Profile Email Tab settings

Resolution:

• Use this feature to receive copies of emails that you send to customers or vendors.
• This feature supports multiple email address
• Use the semicolon ; symbol to separate email address
• Email recipients are not alerted that you have sent a copy to yourself as this feature works similar to a BCC (Blind Carbon Copy)
