I am making the assumption that you have the integration to sage CRM, and you have the workstation properly configured on that component, as you have not offered the info.
First did you check and test the connection from the Workstation Setup, is the connection successful?
Next check what are the errors appearing on your Sage 300/CRM Integration Error Log and resolve.
Lastly are the changes made on the Vendor in Sage CRM coming through to Sage 300 without errors?
