An issue with the layouts not being updated to include the new fields has been logged and development is working on a resolution.

The five fields add are as follows:

In your case however it would seem when you map the fields it deletes all the information in the csv file. I have sent this through for investigation and will advise asap.

As a work around, I would advise using the demo. Export the customer master from the demo and then change the information accordingly.

Hi Joanne we are switching to pastel 50 cloud partener and is experiencing the same problem as in this ticket.

Has the defect tbeen resolved or maybe a work arround. Need to import 3000 customer accounts.
