Thank you for your question. 

• Make a backup of the company dataset
• Update all possible batches
• Navigate to the company folder
• Look for the any file called accbtnx.xxx (Where x represents a number i.e. 5 or 001)
• Remove these files and try again.

I have tried doing all but still no success

I would advise that you contact support on [email protected] or using the inapp chat and ask if they can connect remotely or if you could send the data in for an investigation.
