RUNTIME ERROR 62 INPUT PAST END OF FILE I received today on Pastel V19 Build 19.3.4
How do i fix it, it happened after a power blackout, at that time a staff member was running a report.

Good day Rafael,
Which report was the user trying to view when the error occurred? Would you also advise if they viewed the report from the View Menu or from the System Navigator?

The staff memeber was running the ( BACKORDER BY CUSTOMER ) report , to a Excel file, through the System Navigator, he never got to finish the report when our server lost power.

Good day Rafael,
Please the below to resolve the error:
Go C:\Xpress19\Company Folder.
Look for and delete the file SYSNAV.***, where *** represents a number. I.e. SYSNAV.000
Look for a file BACKUP.TXT in the company folder and delete it as well.
Go back into Pastel to test if the error is resolved.
