Hi, I need some help. In the count inventory when I do a snapshot of one of my store the snapshot records differ when doing a snapshot by inventory codes and by barcodes for the store.

I have checked the other stores snapshots for both inventory code and barcode and the records are the same.

All my items have barcodes, I have run the stock fix tool and there are no errors.

I compared my items of my stores and the stores itself and can't find any difference and the reasons why this is occurring.

Any suggestions and help would be greatly appreciated.
