Multi currency cash book

Good Day

 We are multi-currency company and recently upgraded to v19.3.5.

Since the upgrade, we are unable to process multi-currency cash book. 

The Multi-currency field is greyed out on the under settings of the cashbook and therefore unable to change.

    Hi Thando,

    Please check if Multi-Currency is showing on the list of modules in Pastel under Help | About. If it does, go to Setup | Company Parameters | Multi-Currency and check if Use Multi-Currency is ticked.

    If the option is ticked, close Pastel and go to where the affected company folder is saved, open the company folder, and look for this file: ACCBTR.**. When found, cut and paste it on the desktop, go back into Pastel, and try resetting the user defaults and settings.

    Test to see if you are now able to tick Multi-Currency on the cashbook.
