Good day, thank you for the reply. Unfortunately, none of the above mentioned worked in our environment. For that day we manually ended the Pastel download and communication 32 bit process on our users and let the task run during the nigh. We are still unclear of what the task downloaded, but our users did report that they got the Sage Pastel Accounting information screen pop when logging in the next morning. We can say that the process doesn't use the server resources as much.
