Thank you for the KB article. I created a new user with all the correct settings for reprinting customer documents to use in testing.
Instead of following the article's suggestion to delete and reinstall the printers (which would cause havoc with the daily operating processes) I installed a new PDF printer to use in testing. The error still comes up after printing the first document in the selected range of document numbers.
This first document printed is fine.
Any further thoughts please
