Error when exporting Sage Intelligence reports

When I try to export any Sage Intelligence report in Sage Pastel, I get the following error message:

How do I resolve this?

I am using MS Office 32-bit.

The only way that I managed to resolve the issue was to reset Windows and to restore my data.

Hello Nevillebailey

Ensure you not using Microsoft Office 64bit as it is not compatible with Sage Intelligence.
Check the add-ins Sage Intelligence Report Designer add-ins not responsive
