Check the add-ins Sage Intelligence Report Designer add-ins not responsive

I am using MS Office 32-bit.

The only way that I managed to resolve the issue was to reset Windows and to restore my data.

A year later, and I have encountered the same error when trying to export any SI report.

I have made sure that I have the 32-bit version of Office installed, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled SI, but the error persists.

Any other options I should try?
