Custom Layout Designer

We are trying to use sales order to manage our laybys in store

Is there a way/formula we can use that will do the following : Subtotal - Balance = Total outstanding

So basically it would take the Sales Order total subtract the total receipt of the customer, and then display a balance due

If anyone could help with this please

Good day Charlene,

Calculated Fields, as per your example, are possible on customer documents using the Custom Layout Designer.

This will be done similarly to the document which has been attached below:

Example: 3225.VAT Amount - Custom Layout Designer.pdf

In the example the fields are taken from "DocumentLine" where in your case you would take it from "CustomerDocumentHeader".
