Can you please provide some indication of when this issue can be resolved? The timing of your so called improvement could not have been worse.  We just got things implemented on sage as we changed cloud services.  According to people sage are more trust worthy.  I do understand that technology can be taken out of control.  However, it is clear that the whole process has not been planned and the contingency are non-existing.

    We are unable to give you an exact timeframe for when the service will be operating at full capacity.

    I was very hesitant to move to Cloud Accounting and this whole issue has just confirmed all my doubts. We have an online business and have been unable to create quotes and invoices, which reflects very badly on our business - on top of losing orders! - online clients want immediate responses and service. This is an absolute disaster!
