Can you please provide some indication of when this issue can be resolved? The timing of your so called improvement could not have been worse.  We just got things implemented on sage as we changed cloud services.  According to people sage are more trust worthy.  I do understand that technology can be taken out of control.  However, it is clear that the whole process has not been planned and the contingency are non-existing.

    Hello Ezbe, we understand your frustration and are doing everything we can to restore the service. We are fully aware of the impact this is having on your business and apologise profusely.

    We are unable to give you an exact timeframe for when the service will be operating at full capacity. 

    We will continue to provide regular updates to all customers via Sage City.

    With all due respect, you DO NOT understand our frustrations. Lip services and apologies are not good enough because my clients and I have lost large amounts of money and time. If you had an understanding of our frustrations you could explain the extent of the problems you are facing from day one and told your valued customers that the system will be off for 10 days and longer. But you didn't because if I knew this was going to happen I would have enough time to move to another cloud accounting package before month-end. Now it is too late... and my clients are deeply affected by this. You have no idea.
