Hello Ezbe, we understand your frustration and are doing everything we can to restore the service. We are fully aware of the impact this is having on your business and apologise profusely.

We are unable to give you an exact timeframe for when the service will be operating at full capacity. 

We will continue to provide regular updates to all customers via Sage City.

What updates? Your Status.Sage page gives only two updates, one at 12 just before the current issue came full blown....and then at 1:30pm about banking feeds. Your first one which I can only assume relates to our current problem, is over 4 hours old, and does not address the Full Blown crash experienced just after that update.

This is not regular updating, this is updating as I feel like it and too many people moaning, so we need to calm the voices down a bit.

God help you guys should this whole system collapse 100% and we have no back ups and lose our information!!!!!!!!!!!!

Imagine that!! I did not even think about that scenario. I wonder if Sage will ever recover from this?

But the system did collapse 100% for the past 10 days, that is how long ago we could access the system on a normal basis. 

Think of it this way.
We are all on this super Highway, but now we are stuck as there is too much traffic. We are not moving. Then an accident occurs and prevents us from moving at all until the scene is clear. But you are still in your car intact.
Now there is an explosion and the highway starts to collapse, taking you and your car crushing it, or burying it under rubble...so now you are no longer intact anymore, just like our info won't be should this infrastructure failure on their part spread beyond where it is now.
