Added to this, I have just refreshed the page and it looks like the 2 invoices I've just generated were not showing in the Customer Invoices list.

- If I search for the invoice numbers I can see 1 of them com up in search

- Another refresh of the customer invoices tab shows me that 1 invoice

- The 2nd invoice (most recent) still isn't showing in customer invoices, and a search for the invoice number doesn't find it. But I am looking at my downloads folder and it's right in front of me, with an invoice number auto-assigned (INV0008845).

If I try to capture a new invoice to see if it lets me use INV0008845, system bombs out "We are sorry to tell you...."

How is this possible? Anyone know if Sage is having syncing issues?

Am more than a little concerned for VAT and year end submissions this month end.

I am also getting this error when I issue and create invoices!!  After the previous issues with SAGE I would think they will have their issues in order. Can't keep accepting this sort of service. 

Yes and the same is happening with suppliers invoices as well.

Yes, experiencing problems with invoicing and retrieval of delivery notes too??!!!!!

I managed to refresh again without errors, and my "missing" invoice has suddenly appeared.

Will definitely be working late tonight to finish VAT capturing & pull reports... think this is only going to get worse this week/month/year-end. :( 

It's so tough because what are our options? Moving systems is a huge thing and comes with its own learnings and costs and downtimes. And they know that. Also, not everyone experiencing issues has the organisational last word to move over. Argh.

None of my invoices generated in the last 3 hours are showing on customer statements, even for dates set at tomorrow / next day. Balances are reflecting excluding today's generated invoices in "View Customer Statement Report".
