System errors today 23/02 when generating customer tax invoices

Is anyone else getting multiple errors when trying to capture on Sage today?

"We are sorry to have to tell you this, but you have just experienced an error."

"Access denied"

And extremely slow to load.

Are we in for anther round of downtime this week, coming to Year End....?

    Added to this, I have just refreshed the page and it looks like the 2 invoices I've just generated were not showing in the Customer Invoices list.

    - If I search for the invoice numbers I can see 1 of them com up in search

    - Another refresh of the customer invoices tab shows me that 1 invoice

    - The 2nd invoice (most recent) still isn't showing in customer invoices, and a search for the invoice number doesn't find it. But I am looking at my downloads folder and it's right in front of me, with an invoice number auto-assigned (INV0008845).

    If I try to capture a new invoice to see if it lets me use INV0008845, system bombs out "We are sorry to tell you...."

    How is this possible? Anyone know if Sage is having syncing issues?

    Am more than a little concerned for VAT and year end submissions this month end.
