Recurring payments & OTP issues - can't renew our subscription

Dear Sage,

Our recurring payments on the monthly subscription stopped processing. We suspect this happened when  Sage SA servers were down during Feb 2021.

We are unsuccessful with the VISA payment option, as the OTP is never sent through, or the wrong number is registered. We have no way to check this.

We are currently locked out of our system, and unable to renew or gain access to our records.

This is frustrating and logging of tickets to the help desk is unsuccessful/unanswered.

Anyone with a suggestion  to this problem??
