HELP: SAGE BUSINESS CLOUD ACCOUNTING

Can someone please assist me in being able to retrieve a customer statement.

I keep getting this message (below).

I tried all steps I could find online but nothing helps

    Check that you have the correct date range - that's probably where the issue might be.

    Good Day,

    Please check the following,

    * On the statement filters screen, do not select any category, leave the category open.
    * Verify the selected date range and untick all other options
    * Should the error persist, open the list of customers and select to edit the customer that you are running the statement for. Check the statement distribution option. It must not be ‘None’
    * Also, on the edit customer screen, delete any blank space before the name begins. There should be no blank space at the beginning of the name. Delete the space and save changes.
    * Then run the statement.
