This is usually based on updates on the Internet banking site which blocks our Bank Feeds as a Security measure.

Kindly update the login details and the Bank Feeds should work thereafter.

The issue is that the feeds keep disconnecting...

I am familiar as to how to resolve this but its a complete inconvenience which i am not experiencing with the likes of ZERO and Quickbooks or even ZOHO

Its a SAGE problem and it must be resolved....
