Tried phoning cloud sales on +27 11 304 3333, but it just keeps ringing, no answer.

After two years, I am still fighting them on this. And the worst is : even after my manual payments are made well in advance before month-end, AND proof of payments mailed to them, they still block my account every month saying I haven't paid. And every single month I have to send my Proof of Payment AGAIN.
