I cannot go into my clients profiles to do the payroll for March. Every time I must put in my Sage ID and password, but nothing happens. It is just appearing every time.

Please click on the link below and make sure to reset the password.
Go back into Payroll - log in again.
Close and see if it still gives you the same.
