I cannot go into my clients profiles to do the payroll for March. Every time I must put in my Sage ID and password, but nothing happens. It is just appearing every time.

Please click on the link below and make sure to reset the password.
Go back into Payroll - log in again.
Close and see if it still gives you the same.

I have tried all your suggestions and i still dont have access to my payroll companies- i have reset my password multiple times as well as closing and reopening. after entering my sage ID info nothing happens

Please can you advise whne logging into a company the Sage ID does it allow you to input anything and then hangs or what happens exactly?

Correct, i enter my info, then it hangs and hangs and nothing happens, ive tried resetting my password multiple times, cleared my cache on all browsers and i still cannot access any company
I spoke to the support department now and they assisted me with sorting this out - it involves me going to my task manager and manually closing the SageLogin file - when i closed it i could access as per usual.
