We did not print the prior month payslips. How can we fix this, as we have the same error now if we want to print and upload payslips onto self service.
I tried to included all the tick boxes. We also did not restore backups. I printed the EMP501 validation report for the prior month, we have values in the Saved but nothing in the Printed values. How can I fix this issue?
Hi Ristine,
The system only saves payslip when printed in the history, and in this case, they were not printed.
The solution is unfortunately not an easy one, as we require to access multiple backups to run the payslips to create history files and to transfer the payslip files to the live system. How many periods' payslips are missing?
Just December month. So only one month.
