Receiving an error message "NO HISTORY TRANSACTIONS TO REPOT ON" trying to print history payslips in HISTORY PAYSLIP PRINTING.

    Hi Nicholette,

    The message is received when:

    • Not all the tick boxes to include the employee is ticked. We always recommend to included the employees for Infoslips and Mobility/Self Service:

    • It is also a possibility that payslips were not printed on the data (e.g. where backups were restored after printing payslips) You can print the EMP501 Validation report to determine if there are differences in the Saved and Printed values of the specific employee(s) you are trying to print the payslips.

    Hi Francois,

    We did not print the prior month payslips. How can we fix this, as we have the same error now if we want to print and upload payslips onto self service.

    I tried to included all the tick boxes. We also did not restore backups. I printed the EMP501 validation report for the prior month,  we have values in the Saved but nothing in the Printed values. How can I fix this issue?
