Tax directive numbers and percentages on IRP5

Question

On importing the IRP5 file into SARS Easyfile for an estate agent, the tax directive numbers and percentages have not been reflected on the employees IRP5's. SARS has advised that I now need to resubmit my declaration as the tax directives need to appear on the IRP5's. 
 Why did this happen (did I omit to do something when creating the file?), how do I correct it and how do I ensure that it does not happen again?

 The error you are referring to, indicates the specific earning line is defined with a code that requires a directive number, 
 I would recommend to review you defintion setup, as the earning description does not sound like any type of income that requires as directive. If you still struggle with the issue by Monday, please reach our to your Business Partner consultant or Sage Customer Support via live chat.

 Here are steps to follow when doing a resubmission: 
 I need to create a new tax certificate for one or more employees, how do I generate an IRP5 file for a resubmission with a new IRP5 tax certificate number? 
 
 Steps to follow when processing a directive: 
 
 How do I load a directive number for an employee? 
 
 When steps to process a directive number are followed then the process of importing the IRP5 file into Easyfile will not affect this number nor stop it from reflecting on IRP5s.

 If the directive information appears on the payroll and on the payroll printed IRP5s, then it is quite possibly an issue with the SARS e@syFile software. I would recommend that you access the tax certificates on e@syFile first to check whether the information has populated on there. Then raise the issue with SARS and do advise us of the outcome please. If everything was captured on the payroll, it should definitely reflect on e@syFile after the live file was imported.
