Leave paid out is usually paid out at the termination rate per day (TPR), the rate can be found on the employees BCEA screen.

Leave paid out = TPR x days due

Your company leave policy will outline how you accumulate your annual leave and what is carried over to a new leave cycle. This helps with the leave that an employee is entitled to on termination. Generally companies split annual leave over two lines, your BCEA annual leave line and then your carried forward leave, which will be the leave carried over from the previous leave cycle. 

e.g 15 days *term rate

to get term rate you say Sal/21.6667 = term rate

15*term rate= leave paid out
