OID report not annualising

Question

Hi 
 I have no idea what I am doing wrong - this report will not annualise my data. It gives the data per month instead as if I am not doing this in the final month of the year. Please advise. I have not applied the update to 6.2a in my tax year end company - could this be the cause?

 Last year changes were published by the Compensation Fund that has changed the way the infomration is calculated and reported.
