We are also highly frustrated with Sage. endless issues since the UIF Relief was introduced.

Please forward your inquiry regarding TERS to the support team to review and investigate. The frustration unfortunately came with the uncertainty of the requirements, which resulted in multiple changes to the TERS report.

We are aware that the TERS submissions for 16/10/2020 - 31/12/2020 has opened, however no relief directive which indicate the requirements and changes have been released.

Hi Avril, I am really very upset and need to get hold of somebody that is actually going to help me.  Customer services have contacted me, but I am going nowhere  slowly and have as a result of all this lost a client.  I am extremely upset.
