Employee Benefits

I am a Financial Planner and find myself, almost always, in the most frustrating scenario planning stage when clients (Employers) as well as their Employees would like to see how the different options of employee benefits will look like on their payroll as well as on the individual employees' payslips. Now, the dilemma is how to do a dummy-run for all the employees for a multiple number of different scenarios of benefit structures. Is there perhaps a dedicated video or scripted process for this function (Dummy Payslip/Payroll)?

  •  I keep the copy company updated on a regular basis, for example I have two sets of systems.  One we use for training, testing new items, trying new methods etc. and then I have my live system.  So at the end of each month, I make a backup of my live system and restore in the copy company for dummy payslip purposes.  Alternatively, you can make a backup of your live system, do the dummy payslip and restore the backup again, which isn't ideal if you are getting these on a regular basis.
