support for MongoDB Version 4.4. Any new developments around this topic will be

MongoDB has officially announced, the End of Life, for MongoDB Version 4.4. 

As from February 2024, MongoDB will no longer support MongoDB Version 4.4.

How does this impact my Sage X3 Business System?

Little, to no impact, will be experienced by Sage X3V12 customers.

For supporting the Safe X3 technology platform, Sage X3 Customer Services
support does not rely on any direct support from MongoDB. 

Is Sage planning on releasing a MongoDB supported
version, of MongoDB?

Yes, please be aware of a planned Sage X3 release towards the final Quarter of 2024.

With the release of Sage X3 2024 R2 (Oct / Nov 2024 ), Sage X3 will introduce a
MongoDB-supported version of the MongoDB Database. This version of MongoDB
will supersede and replace the current MongoDB 4.4 version inside Sage X3.
