The following error may be displayed when clicking on Sales Order Signature history.

Selection criterion error Class Non-existent on Sales Order workflow signature history

Cause:

The BUOSIG screen and window did not exist on the client's Folder.

Resolution:

Copy the BUOSIG screen and window from the X3 reference folder and activate the GDD activity code.

Copy the  WOSOH.adx & WOAWS.adx  from \\Folders\SEED\TRT\ to \\Folders\LIVE\TRT\ , log out and log back to Sage X3.

Do a Global Validation on OSOH and revalidate the Entry Transaction and that should resolve the error.
