X3 Manufacturing - 2020R4 - Critical bug : Work Centre modification

The records in the table CAPVAR (Capacity Variations) and RPLWST (Replacement work centres) are lost when modifying the work centre in function Work Centre (GESMWS).

This critical issue has been fixed in 2021R1 and can be solved in 2020R4 by installing the Hotfix WX_229040_R090_024.zip (X3-229040)

Hi Andrew, We have the same issue, loaded the Hotfix, but the issue remains? Any advice? R090_023 was working fine.

Hi

Is your X3 on 2020R4 (V12 p24) already?

If you still experiencing the same issue after applying the hotfix may I recommend that you log an issue with your Sage X3 BP or Sage X3 support team.

Hi Which endpoint did you integrate the hotfix? after integrating the hotfix, did you test with a new transaction.
