The Hotfix is available for download on our ftp site \\Public\Sage X3\X3 Hotfix\X3 V12\Hotfix - Patches\Syracuse\. It fixes the "this._next is not a function" issue when using the "X3 Users import" Entity. This is an issue in Syracuse 12.18.0 delivered with the release 2023R1.

This hotfix also includes a fix for REST Web Services for the Syracuse Server.
