We now have an official Sage build for Crystal Reports Designer 2020 to be delivered with Sage X3.
Crystal Reports Designer 2020 can now be downloaded from our FTP site and not from the SAP website as before.
The component can be downloaded by following this path: FTPdata>Public>Sage X3>Add-Ons-Crystal_Designer.
The download is available to Business Partners only and for any queries regarding access to the FTP site, please log a ticket using the Smartsheet Forms. Customers need to engage with their BPs.
