automatic allocation of stocks to sales delivery is not working on my sage X3

Hi Team i have a challenge with Sage X3, Every time i convert a sale Order to a delivery note i get this error https://drive.google.com/file/d/1pD5EHd7aoX7Il3Vi8nNOym__bBlQkxsl/view?usp=sharing yet i have stocks, solutions tried out stock sych but the error still persist kindly assist
