Hello All,
In Sage X3, the sales print-out, the decimal point like US Dollar CENT is not printed in words, the whole number is shown in words. Please check how to fix this issue.
Hi there,
Crystal reports have a built-in function, ToWords that you may use inside the Crystal report to achieve this.
For the decimal part of it, you can do this programmatically.
My thoughts are, to cut the cent part of the value using a Character function and remove this from the main result.
While storing the main result and the cent value in a two separate Variables.
Then convert the cent value --- using the ToWords function --- also storing the result in a variable.
Then concatenate the two results together.

Hope this helps.
Hi,
We use multiple currencies for transactions, so when we print the invoice we need the conversion based on the currencies used in the transaction,
do you have the formula fileds for this.
Hi Fuad,
I do not have a formula to achieve this.
You would rather use an embedded SQL script to achieve this dynamically, using various currencies inside the Crystal report.
Each Crystal report will have to include this from the various functions you are using inside Sage X3.
You may reach-out to our local Sage COEX to assist with this. Depending on whether you are a Sage X3 customer or a Business Partner.
