 Please see the below updates made to the Personal Levy and NAPSA contributions for Zambia pay plan

Personal Levy

The personal levy calculation on X3 HR and Payroll has been amended to use year to date earnings to calculate the personal levy amount. Therefore, the accumulated salary will now be used to calculate the contribution amount.

NAPSA

The pay plan was updated to exempt employees who should not contribute towards NAPSA.

The following employees are exempt:

• Members of the Armed Forces
• Employees that have diplomatic status
• Those that joined the civil service before February 2000
