Dear X3 HR and Payroll User,

The new PAYE Reconciliation for 2020 has been published on the Swaziland Revenue Authority (SRA) website. There have been minor changes from the 2019 version which affects the PAYE15 Report on X3 HR and Payroll.

This version must be used for the 2019/2020 submission by employers which are due by 30^th of September 2020.

Summary of changes:

• Report heading "Number" changed to "Business Telephone number".
• All benefits are now grouped under "Allowances Expended".
• "Perquisites" heading now empty to correspond with the template provided by the SRA.

The ETA patch should only be integrated in the reference folder and the ARP patch should be integrated to both the reference and daughter folders.

 The updated statutory report will be included in release HR U9.0.19.
