Dear X3 HR and Payroll User, 

An issue has been identified on the Botswana ITW8 Report where the occupation of the employee displayed incorrectly as well as the periods employed during the tax year. The occupation now reflects the job title of the employee and the periods in the tax year populates from the tax record and not the employment contract.

Please request the following from our support desk 

• Version 9: X3P-BW-ITW8-REPORT-FILE-V9.zip
• Version 12: X3P-BW-ITW8-REPORT-FILE-V12.zip

Access: Development > Utilities > Patches > Patch integration

The patches should be integrated in the reference folder only. Please ensure that the report is not in any of the child folders.

The updated reports will be included in release HR U9.0.19 (version 9) and 2020 R4 (12.0.24) (version 12).
